At Forever & Always Shoes, we want you to love your stride, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit for your journey, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
